Rainy Day Crow
This is a painting I did this weekend. We have lots of crows around here and I find them fascinating creatures. They are the subject of many of my paintings. This is a common site around here. This and other paintings are available in my eBay store and my etsy store.
Wow I really like this one. It’s got a great mood to it. It reminds me of the north of Manitoba. Instead of crows we have ravens though. I like the color of the sky and the and the slight texture of the clouds. It makes a great back drop for the lonely crow. Awesome Dave.

The rain lines in the background are great pastor. Poor crow looks wet! Nice job on capturing that with your brush. How did you create the lines rain with paintbrush or pen or were they scraped?
