Depends on whether you are armenian or calvinistic as to how signs the contract, God or us…..Do you think man’s doctrine get in the way of God?????

It is a process. St. Paul says in 1st Corinthians “…for those of us who are being saved.”

There are places in scripture where it surely implies that some have left the faith.

I can’t hardly imagine a scenario where God would finally cut loose of one of His own, but I guess we have to leave that option open for God, after all, He can surely do whatever He wants to do, especially with one that really doesn’t want to stay.

Good topic, gets my pea brain a sizzling.
