If this is such a common sight in your yard, you might want to look around and see what died. j/k I like this one, ravens are very under rated.

How are you doing, David? Feeling gross after Sunday again??

I am repeating: It’s not by might, nor by power but by my spirit, says the Lord. And it is getting through like the one about ..dwell on what is good… I cannot remember it in whole. Your sermon brought things to the forefront that needed to come up into daylight. In a book I am reading I found this story:

“Have you heard the story about the little boy who was trying to move a huge rock? He pulled and pushed, straining with all his might agaoinst this great rock. He even tried to move it with leverage from a board, but the rock would not budge.
His dad asked him, ” Son, have you used all your resources?”
The son answered, “Yes, dad. I’ve tried everything and I can’t make it move.
“His father replied,” No, you havn’t. You haven’t asked me to help you yet.”

Several scriptures have come to mind after church last Sunday, and I cannot believe how quickly I forgot His promises to me/ us.

I seem to see God in me in a new light. The God who created the universe lives in my heart, He who has done so many mighty things recorded in the Bible is the same one who has taken residence IN me… It just blows me away thinking about it. “It is not by might….” What do I have to worry about?????

    Thank you so much again!

PS. I love your cartoon and picture. The crows remind me of the things the enemy is trying to snatch away from us, but behind all that is the blue sky, reminding me of the Holy Spirit.
The cartoon shows us we can be safe and sane.
