I invite you to join The Lasting Supper where it’s safe to be you!

Anita Sarkeesian is a feminist who has been brutally attacked online for expressing her views. Recently she was forced to canceled her talk at Utah State University because of the threat of “the deadliest school shooting” in US history.

The best and most succinct summary of her mission and struggle can be seen in this video.

I have a wife and a daughter. I know the struggle women who are determined to be themselves have.

The church, that should lead the way in unity and equality, trails far behind.

Then there’s this tweet from R.C. Sproul Jr.:

“A beard is a revolution on the face, a radical affirmation that men and women are not interchangeable. If you can, step up.”

Ya, that happened.

I drew an icon portrait of Jesus called “Neither”, where he/she is male and female, or neither. You can get it, along with all my art, for 35% OFF with coupon code ‘nakedpastordeal’ HERE.

  1. It’s absolutely disappointing and infuriating to see people either jokingly or genuinely say such violent rhetoric. Like Sarkeesian or not, but people deserve respect whether or not you agree with them. Unfortunately, these absolute garbage persons (the people who threw their support behind #GamerGate knowing full well it wasn’t about journalistic integrity in gaming) are undoing all the progress made since Columbine in 1999 when people were trying to insist that video games don’t cause violent behavior.

As a feminist myself, I have raised my daughters and my son to be feminists, too. I worry about them, in this angry world we seem to live in. But I would rather they die standing for something than wither away standing for nothing. I have a lot of hope for this coming generation. They have acute BS detectors.

Well…i know several women with facial hair as rough as a man’s. They dont grow it or anything. ButI dont think his argument is valid. Ha!
