Can women think?

Of course women can think, as in they are able.
But can they speak, as in are they allowed?
It amazes me when I still come across claims that women aren't equipped to think theologically.
But if they are they still cannot speak in the churches.
And if they do speak it always has to be at home and positive, such as in never challenging her husband.
