I wish I knew then what I know now. I would have saved myself, and others, a lot of grief. It was a very bumpy ride. I made it through the other side without any permanent damage. But my life permanently changed. For the better. You can do it. But I don't recommend doing it alone. I took all the guidance I could get. It was still rough road but I survived and transformed.
