Do You Feel Lonely in the Community?

Just because you're surrounded by people doesn't mean you're not lonely.

I believe there is an existential loneliness that all humans feel... a deep sense of alienation from others.

But there's also the painful loneliness that comes from not being allowed to connect with others as yourself.

Being forced to be fake only drives the loneliness deeper.

I've found that being at one with myself... as much as possible... at least alleviates that level of loneliness.

Then I may connect with others authentically if they will too. That alleviates that level of loneliness.
