Ya I've been a part of teams that weren't really teams but slave labour pools for authoritarian leaders.
I've also been part of teams that really were teams and were a delight to be a part of and work with.
That's one of the things I miss the most. Working with a good team.
I'm figuring out a way to get back into one.
