Feeling trapped? Maybe you're not!

Often, (again speaking personally), my "trap" was more convenient and safer than the alternative... my freedom and independence. Honestly... many times I suddenly discerned that I was choosing to stay trapped because it made life easier. Freedom can be hard, scary, and dangerous. I know! You know. Often, we do have a choice!
