I'm going to make a generalization.

People who are affirming are happier.

Love makes people happy.

Hate makes people miserable.

If you want to be happy, learn how to love.

Then you will learn how to be loved.

Then you will learn how to be affirming, inclusive, and a beautiful presence in the world.

Seriously...
