I was very moved by Anita Sarkeesian's presentation on misogyny in the gaming industry. You can watch it here. She's a woman who has been ruthlessly attacked for her critique of misogyny in our culture through her blog Feminist Frequency. She just doesn't stop, and I admire her for that. There are still overt cases of misogyny at work. Obviously! But as usual when these are exposed the explicit becomes the implicit. It goes underground and becomes more sinister. This is where the more courageous, incisive and resolute critique must occur. I'm in!
