Is the church a bully?

Not all individual, local churches are this way. But it's enough of a problem that many people think it's safe enough to generalize. The church as a whole has not treated some people very well. The pope recently claimed that the church should apologized to a whole lot of people groups. Why? For discrimination. In other words, for abuse. For bullying.
