Yes, there is life after deconstruction.
I do remember lying in bed in a cold sweat terrified of the thought that there wasn’t a heaven or an afterlife.
It caused me to realize the absolute chokehold that belief has on people.
This is not to say there isn’t an afterlife. I’m talking about the dark dread that overcomes us when that belief is questioned.
But there is hope!
Changing our minds is to renew our minds and to experience life all over again.
Letting old beliefs go feels like death, but this creates a dynamic new space for transformation.
I speak from my own experience. Yes.
But, I also speak from observing the lives of so many people who experience the deconstruction of their beliefs and faith.
Especially in my online community, TheLastingSupper.com (I invite you to join us).
Unless a seed dies, the new can never emerge!
I encourage you: if you are going through deconstruction and you are experiencing it as traumatic, keep going!
There is a richer life for you on the other side.
See you there?
