We love love.
We want it. We need it.
The church’s greatest asset is its potential to provide love.
But many experience its opposite.
Judgment, ridicule, criticism, correction, exclusion, marginalization, betrayal, abuse.
Things not love.
The church should be a teacher of love,
not just from its pulpit but from its heart and hands.
Instead, many decide that love can’t be trusted,
that love was bait to lure them into an unfair contract
which they must break to free themselves
And learn to love and be loved all over again.
