nakedpastor speaking in Dallas next Sunday
I am going to be speaking at the Northaven United Methodist Church, 11211 Preston Road, Dallas, TX, next Sunday night. Here's the write-up:
Our speaker will be David Hayward, ordained minister, artist, and social critic who has been called "the graffiti artist on the wall of religion." David will share some of his art and his observations on church life, faith, and culture. An Asian dinner buffet begins at 6 pm, with David's presentation beginning at 7 pm. Outside on the lawn, we will have activities for children, including a bounce house and facepainting. Cost: $10 for adults; $5 for children, 3-12; $40 maximum per familyI'm going to be signing some of my books. I will have some of my art and prints there as well. I hope to meet many people face to face that I've only met online so far. I'm really looking forward to it. If you are interested in having me speak for an event, check this out.
