first post of the New Year... an expression of thanks. It turned into some pretty nasty interactions. It only confirms that enmity and division is our most immediate and instinctive response to something we disagree with. If we can learn to hold our convictions lightly in the interest of genuine dialog, forums such as this one would be a better place to experience the compassionate exchange of ideas.
