What About the Invisible Wounds?

It's good to be aware that pretty much everybody you meet and engage with has invisible wounds.
We may look and behave fine on the outside, but we all carry scars... places where harm has been inflicted.
We are not our wounds, but they can contribute towards making us who we are.
So I try to remember that everyone has a back story.
I also try to be gracious with myself and remember mine.
