CBN has already yanked the video in which Robertson claimed that gays were intentionally spreading HIV/AIDS with rings designed to cut their victims when they shook hands.

Robertson issued a non-apology, which seem to be getting increasingly popular these days:
"I regret that my remarks had been misunderstood, but this often happens because people do not listen to the context of remarks which are being said."When I first saw the story, I thought, "People can't make this stuff up!" He just keeps coming up with amazingly ridiculous stuff. But then I saw this cartoon where, actually, perhaps they really are making it up! I mean, look at the press! Enough people buy it to make it worth selling.
