"I Walk Towards My Transformation" Original Painting.
There is only ONE of this original painting, "I Walk Towards My Transformation".
Originally this was titled "And Then It Was Time to Leave", but so many people commented that they thought they saw a caterpillar the person is walking towards, that I would integrate it into the meaning of the painting. After all, I do paint without a plan. It just flows out of me like a stream of consciousness. Maybe I DID paint a caterpillar, prophesying some beautiful transformation that lies ahead.
Now that's team work!
I live in eastern Canada. I'm fascinated by the complex but minimal simplicity of the geography that surrounds me. I endeavor to capture its essence in my work. There is something mystical, contemplative, and spiritual in my art... because there is in the place where I live.
This is a watercolor painting on heavy, high-quality watercolor paper.
It measures approximately 10.5"x13" (but would fit in a 10"x12" pre-made matte and frame) with a white border for matting and framing.
Not matted and framed. I suggest white double matte with a black frame.
Each original comes with a letter of authenticity.
