Does this illustrate your team dynamics?

Ya I’ve been a part of teams that weren’t really teams but slave labour pools for authoritarian leaders.

I’ve also been part of teams that really were teams and were a delight to be a part of and work with.

That’s one of the things I miss the most. Working with a good team.

I’m figuring out a way to get back into one.

  1. Sorry if I’m referring to a link again, but this dilemma of sharing responsibility when working in a team is discussed very deeply by an old man who was present, when the global gold stock was handed over to the One Peoples Trust. The video on YouTube is 08-04-2014: THE CREATOR’S HUMAN OBLIGATION

  2. Just read this and your drawing came to mind:

    “Riding Dead Horses

Conventional wisdom tells us that, “When you discover
that you are riding a dead horse, the best strategy is
    to dismount.” However, in institutionalized
    organizations scientifically advanced strategies are
often employed by doing the following:

    Buying a stronger whip.
    Changing riders.
Appointing a committee to see how other cultures ride
    dead horses.
Lowering the standards so that dead horses can be
    included.
Reclassifying the dead horse as “living impaired”.
Hiring outside contractors to ride the dead horse.
Harnessing several dead horses together to increase
    speed.
Promoting the dead horse to a supervisory position.”
