Sophia, in the hollow of a tree, hears a rustle in the distance. Against the light of the moon, she sees some crows stir. Something moves. Even though she is afraid, she will continue on her journey. 

When we go through deconstruction and leave beliefs and institutions that limited us, we will feel hollow. For a while. They provided filler in our lives. Once they're gone and we no longer depend on them, that emptiness will feel intense at times. But eventually you will appreciate the space, simplicity, and independence it brings.

Remember that it takes courage to leave it all behind, to break free and build a new way of living. Sophia Hollow acknowledges the struggle of that transition.
