Have you been taught that celebrating your beauty makes you vain or sinful? Sophia Angel is for you.
Sometimes we are taught to forget the power and beauty of who we are. We are led to believe that focusing on ourselves, and recognizing our talents and beauty is selfish. But is it fair or right to hide and shrink from our light?
This drawing shows a winged Sophia, covering her eyes, hiding and shrinking back from her own beauty. I drew Sophia "Angel" during a time in my life when I was realizing my freedom and also my magnificence and beauty. But because of my religious background, I felt embarrassed. I had to get to the point in my own liberation where recognizing my own magnificence is not something to avoid or be ashamed of, but something to be embraced and displayed for others to see. I decided to never hide my light from the world again.
Put this angel art up to encourage yourself to stop hiding and start celebrating your magnificence. Watch this video for more on how my Sophia series started.

FRAMED WITH CARE
Each print is made on archival matte paper, a smooth, acid-free paper that brings out deep blacks, rich tones, and crisp details without glare. It’s museum-quality paper crafted to honor the depth and texture of the original.
You can order your print unframed or choose a solid wood frame with an optional mat so it arrives ready to hang. However you display it, every detail is designed to let the art speak for itself.
FRAME DETAILS
Each frame is crafted from solid American oak with real glass and an optional white mat for a clean, gallery-quality finish.
Small sizes (8×8 and 8×10) include both an easel and wall hangers, and every frame comes with simple hardware for easy setup. Just unbox and display.
MAT DETAILS
Frames come ready to hang with full-bleed printing (no mat), but you can add a white mat for more space around the art.
A mat gives the piece a softer, gallery-style look and helps the artwork stand out. Matted or unmatted, your print arrives ready to display and easy to love.

Customers praised this angel print as "beautiful" and "spiritually thought provoking," with excellent paper quality. The artwork inspires personal growth and self-reflection. One customer noted the print is "a bit dark" and recommended hanging it near light for optimal viewing.
I'm absolutely in love with everything about the print. The paper is excellent quality and the print is well done. I'm moved every time I stare at her.
I wanted to get Sophia “Angel” for a while. She does not disappoint. My favorite part of her when I gaze at her is her wings. Just look at all the beauty in the detail and placement of her feathers!✨ “Heather”
Love the print. It's a bit dark, though so be sure to hang near some light.
Beautiful and spiritually thought provoking.
Beautiful! Arrived safely marked “do not bend.” Packaged carefully. Thank you!
This artwork is a gentle reminder for me to acknowledge, embrace and embody my own beauty. As I see Sophia’s beauty and want to coax her into seeing it for herself, I attempt to turn that prodding inward, inviting myself into fuller expression of being.
This piece inspires and delights me - a reminder of my journey - and ongoing growth.
This picture resonates with me deeply. To me, it seems that Sophia is struggling to acknowledge her own beauty and power, even though they are obvious to those around her. It encourages me to spread my own wings and let myself be truly seen.
