Some of us never got the care we needed as kids. Some of us still carry the hurt and the questions.

This piece began as a commission for Rebecca. She wanted a painting of herself carrying her inner child to safety.

So many people resonated with it that I created a gender-neutral version as a print. It is a reminder that the younger you did what they could. They survived.

FRAMED WITH CARE

Each print is made on archival matte paper, a smooth, acid-free paper that brings out deep blacks, rich tones, and crisp details without glare. It’s museum-quality paper crafted to honor the depth and texture of the original.

You can order your print unframed or choose a solid wood frame with an optional mat so it arrives ready to hang. However you display it, every detail is designed to let the art speak for itself.

FRAME DETAILS

Each frame is crafted from solid American oak with real glass and an optional white mat for a clean, gallery-quality finish.

Small sizes (8×8 and 8×10) include both an easel and wall hangers, and every frame comes with simple hardware for easy setup. Just unbox and display.

MAT DETAILS

Frames come ready to hang with full-bleed printing (no mat), but you can add a white mat if you want more space around the art.

A mat gives the piece a softer, gallery-style look and helps the artwork stand out. Matted or unmatted, your print arrives ready to display and easy to love.

Use the chart to see how the mat affects the visible print size. For example, an 11×14 frame with a mat will show an 8×10 area of your artwork.
