Good quality mug and just a fun reminder to be strong. The graphics are crisp and clear. I use it every morning. I've not put my mug in the diswasher: I hand wash it. I wasn't sure how it would hold up in the dishwasher daily. I have gotten a few raised eyebrows from company but no questions.
