The white male is upset because his privilege is threatened.
As he speaks to people whose very existence is threatened: LGBTQIA+ folk, trans people, same-sex relationships, girls, women, vets, immigrants and foreigners, refugees, BIPOC, Muslims, children, etcetera.
The pets and the goose are totally fine.
