Sophia Wild

Like David, my parents' evangelical religion made me feel small and unimportant. It tried to decimate every piece of my spirit - and replace it with nonsense and make believe. They were almost successful, but they ultimately failed.

To me, this print means that evangelical religion lost (again) and I won. My spirit is alive. It is learning how to speak again. It's throwing caution to the wind, calling to the wild spirits in nature and the universe. It is howling with the wolves (screaming sometimes). It is growing. I won.
